Hi doctor,
I would like to like ask about this problem that i have been experiencing very often
when i go jogging.

The pain would occurs usually within 5mins after starting the jog.

Mostly it happens on the outside of my left shin, about halfway between the knee and the ankle.
I would feel an area pressure compressing on my shin, kinda like trying to bend
my shin inwards.

If i try to ignore it and continue running, the pressure/pain will become worse and worse.

The entire leg below the knee will feel very very heavy and painful and i will have to stop jogging.

It is very frustrating to have to stop like within 5min of starting the jog.

I would like to know what is the problem and how to cure it.
