I have had elevated ALP levels since I was a teenager. They did ggt test bone x-rays you name it. We have checked the ALP for several years now and it fluctuates between 130 and 228 U/L All other levels have been in good shape. Now on my last blood test my AST level came back elevated at 57 U/L. Now this is only 7 points over normal but now 2 levels are elevated. The Bilirubin and ALT levels are in great shape. What could be causing this. No other doctors have been able to figure this out. No hepatitis, no diseases. Any feed back would be good.
