About two weeks ago I got a small bump on my penis. I thought it might have been from shaving but it still hasn't gone away, now I have another one a little lower. They looked like pimples or ingrown hair but nothing will come out. I also have three small black dots on and near the head. There has also been a swelling and pain in my right groin lymnod. any ideas???

hi im 16, i am a late bloomer in terms or puberty, everything has happened only just recently, everything but growth of penis. i have small bumps all over my scrotum and even om my foreskin near the end of the shaft, i believe that these ar hair glands as hair is growing out of them. is this stopping my penis growing? and when will it grow??
