I’m looking over your help to my wife.

- It’s start when she was a baby (1984) her age was around one year, she got an accident

This make internal and external bleeding in her stomach and Dr. There decide to remove the bleeding part of stomach that makes her a live now with some small part of stomach.

In last October 2008 she got ulcer in esophagus, Endoscopy done but it was not fit because there is a narrow. And that one was noted before when she was eating it was very difficult to eat the hard food like steak, and she feel same pain too.

Dr. prescribed: Pantazol 40mg BID for three months.

After the three month, Endoscopy repeated in last January 2009, and was shown that ulcer was gone and narrow little improvement. Totally she can eat OK now. And pain is gone also. Dr. Change the dose from 40 mg BID to 40mg OD. And he decides to make expand on her esophagus.

Actually: we do not know why her HB always below 8. According to doctor that maybe she has stomach ulcer or duodenum ulcer.  

Because of that he want to expand to see what is inside.

And because of above we found sugar problem. Doctor says it’s normal only she should eat in between meals or she can eat at all day a small a mount.

Please doctor answers my Questions:

1)      It is saving for her to get pregnant when her health likes this?

2)      Why her HB below 8? (she don’t have sickle cell disuses)  

(She use some medicine like FEROSE and it was improve little and drop down again)

3)      Is it OK to make one more Endoscopy not dangers?

4)      Is thallium scan will be OK, to know what is inside?

5)      Is there any thing Call: stomach Transplant?

6)      Is she really will continue her live with Pantazol?

7)      May I know what your opinion in this case?
